Our products are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, simply return or exchange your purchase, just send it back within 30 Days for a refund or an exchange (reimbursement is made by original payment method). After 30 Days, your refund will be in the form of a merchandise credit.

  • SunProtectiveDesignerClothing.com will issue a shipping label for exchange items only. Items can only be exchanged once.
  • For general returns (not exchanges) you are responsible for all of the return shipping cost. Credit for returned items will be issued within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • For full credit returned items must be unworn and in original packaging.
  • For exchanges involvingitems of equal or lesser value than your original purchase, we willship the new item(s) back to you with no additional shipping or handling charges.
  • Youcan use any service to send your return to us – US Mail, UPS, Federal Express, etc.
  • Returning a gift? – Include the purchaser’s name and address along with your return. Indicate whether you’d like to exchange the gift for another product or if you’d like a refund or Gift Card:
